If your project requirements change, our dedicated team is here to assist you with a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service department within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return request and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Goods

  Ensure all flooring packs are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely strapped to a pallet to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  We can coordinate a professional collection for a standard fee, or you may arrange your own insured courier to deliver the items to our central distribution hub.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
