Can I order samples before making a full purchase?

Yes, we offer a free sample service. You can select up to three samples of your favorite wood, laminate, or LVT flooring and have them delivered directly to your door to test against your home decor.

How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?

Measure the length and width of your room to find the total square footage. We recommend adding a 10% wastage allowance to cover cuts and mistakes during installation.

What are your delivery options and lead times?

We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as a 'Choose Your Day' service for convenience. Large orders are typically delivered via a pallet courier service to your curbside.

Is your wood flooring suitable for underfloor heating?

Many of our engineered wood and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) products are compatible with underfloor heating. We recommend checking the specific product specifications and using the correct underlay for thermal conductivity.

What is your return policy for leftover packs?

We accept returns on unopened, resaleable packs within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a return; please note that collection fees may apply.

How should I acclimate my new flooring before installation?

Laminate and engineered wood should be stored in the room of installation for at least 48-72 hours prior to fitting. This allows the planks to adjust to the temperature and humidity of your home.
